Terms of use.
Please review these terms before creating a video.
The service
DiadeMuertos Studio creates customized AI videos from photos and options you provide. The resolution, duration, and price are shown before checkout. AI output varies; exact likeness, choreography, lip sync, or a particular creative result cannot be guaranteed.
Your content
Upload only photos you own or have permission to use, including the permission of the people depicted. You grant the service and its processing providers permission to use those inputs to fulfill your order. Do not submit content intended to impersonate someone deceptively, harass others, or violate applicable rights.
Payment and delivery
Each purchase covers one video generation order. This product does not create a subscription. Generation begins after the payment provider confirms payment. Download delivered files within the stated 14-day storage period.
Support and refunds
Technical failures are reviewed for retry or refund. See the Refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, fraud, or other unlawful material. Content that cannot be processed may be rejected. This tool is independent of the performers or recording owners associated with any social media trend.
