This policy describes the data used to create and deliver your video.
What we collect
We process your uploaded photos, selected options, delivery email, orders, payment references, and authentication records if you choose to sign in. Necessary cookies remember this device and your sign-in session. We do not install advertising or optional analytics cookies in this version.
How your photos are processed
Photos are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Temporary authorized links are shared with Kie to generate your video using Seedance 2.5. Results are copied into private storage for delivery. Kie processes inputs and results under its own service terms and retention policies.
Payments and email
Checkout is handled by the payment provider identified at checkout, Stripe or Waffo Pancake. We store payment references and status, not full card details. Your email address is used by our configured email provider, Resend or Cloudflare Email, to send sign-in and order messages.
Retention and access
Delivered photos and videos are scheduled for deletion 14 days after delivery. Unused uploads are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Files associated with unresolved generation jobs may be retained until the issue is resolved. Order and payment records are retained separately for support and accounting. Private links grant access to your order, so share them carefully.
Your requests
You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained. See the Contact page for the operator’s support details.
